However, please do remember that voices echo through the mountains especially on the lake. Due to the natural topography of Lake Blue Ridge and the mountains surrounding it, please know that voices carry and echo across the lake. Since the lake is in the bowl of the mountains the sound waves reflect and you might be surprised who can hear your conversations or what conversations of others you may can hear. Please just be courteous of others and don’t scream or yell or talk in loud voices especially late at night. The neighbors all around you are wonderful people and they all live here full time. They will be very courteous and respectful to you I promise, so please make sure and show them the same courtesy. -No smoking is permitted inside the house. -Recreation Room/Basement: The recreation room in the basement is accessed from outside the house under the front porch (opposite driveway side). To open the garage door, push the very top panel in a little, then you can turn the handle and pull the garage door up. It is old and temperamental sometimes so be patient please. Sometimes you may need to barely put your weight against it and push it as you open to get to open smoothly. The light switch is up to the left as you enter recreation room. The ping pong table is located in the recreation room, floats for the lake as well as extra ping pong supplies and extra supplies for the dart board located in the open area outside the recreation room. -To turn on the cool fiber optic lights on the downstairs game level, use the remote control that is attached to the post where the switch and outlet are located. Again, please turn off after use and do not leave on all night. To turn on the three black sconce lights on the posts, open the gray switch box and flip the switch. Please do not remove the remote controls from the wall as they are permanently attached and the remotes operate perfect from their location. -Please use the path to the left to the lake which is the wooden built steps and landings. The steps and path to the far right of the fire pit is old and some of the crosstie steps are rotting and they are not as safe so please avoid using them. -There are lake towels specifically for the lake on the shelves in the hallway that connects to the bedroom. The lake towels are dark colored so they will not be stained by the lake water. The white towels are for guests to use in the house only for bathing and are not to be taken to the lake as they will be stained and ruined. Guests will be responsible and charged for stained and ruined towels so please follow instructions and do not use the white towels for lake use. -A first aid kit is located in the shelves in the bathroom hallway that connects to the master bedroom. -There are floats in the basement level, life jackets hanging on the boat dock, and two kayaks on the boat dock. You’re more than welcome to use any of it, however, please take care of them and treat them like your own. You will be responsible for damaging or destroying them, however, so please make sure you are familiar with and know how to use. Please return everything to its original position when you are done using it. -There are 2 fire extinguishers – one is in the laundry room hanging by washer/dryer and the other one is in the bathroom hallways area on top shelf. -You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoors and use the propane gas grill outside on the concrete pads just off the front porch. However, please turn the propane off immediately after use. Grilling accessories, such as tongs, grilling baskets, cleaners, etc. are located in the bottom cabinet to the left of the kitchen sink. Please clean the grill after use. An extra propane tank for the gas grill is onsite. If you run out of propane, please contact Nathan Fitts 706-455-9968, and he can instruct you where the back up tank is located. -In addition to the propane gas grill, there is a charcoal and/or wood burning grill you’re welcome to use. It’s quite the homemade invention and earned the name “Big Bertha”. Again, you’re welcome to use it just clean up afterwards please. The charcoal or wood goes in the removal tray below grill. -Keurig coffee maker in kitchen with a variety of blends of coffee, sweeteners and creamers. It is located in the white canisters in the kitchen cabinets and is labeled. -Pets are not allowed unless prior granted permission from owner/host. Pet fee is required as stated. -The fireplace in the main level is not to be used for any reason. There is no exterior flu so please do not open the fireplace doors for any reason. -Please do not park outside the circle part of the driveway. The adjacent driveway is a shared driveway and cannot be blocked. -Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited. -Please do not leave the fire at the fire pit still burning and go to bed. This is a neighborhood, and it would put not only you at risk but your fellow house guests as well as the entire neighborhood. Firewood for the fire pit is located in the rack on the level where fire pit is located. Please put cover back on the wood rack to keep wood dry for your use and for future guests. -Sheets, blankets and extra pillows for the futon are located in the dresser in the guest bedroom. Extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for each bed are located in the dressers in that bedroom. So, you can identify easily, king size sheets and pillowcases are tripled folded and queen size sheets and pillowcases...

Parking is private parking in the subject property's driveway. The driveway is a circle so it's convenient and there is enough parking for approx. 6 cars. It's very easy access and drive and parkin area are well maintained gravel surfaces.
